Jean-Philippe JACQUES
Co-Director and speaker
Jean-Philippe is a Doctor of Pharmacy, PhD in molecular biology and certified Mindfulness instructor.
For 15 years, he carried out scientific research in the United States and Switzerland, before moving into training and Human Resources applied to healthcare in hospitals, the pharmaceutical industry and humanitarian aid.
Jean-Philippe trained in Mindfulness activities with the University of Massachusetts (MBSR), the University of Geneva (MBCT), Brown University (Unwinding Anxiety), Stanford University (Positive Intelligence) and Oxford Mindfulness Center (MBCT-L).
He is also the founder and co-director of Ressource Mindfulness.
Erwan TREGUER
Co-Director and speaker
An engineer with a Master's degree in Marketing, Erwan first worked in the corporate world as a Product Manager.
Since 2013, he has dedicated himself to the practice and transmission of sophrology and mindfulness meditation, both individually and in groups. Erwan is a Mindfulness instructor trained by the University of Massachusetts.
Sensitive to ecological issues, Erwan discovered the Work That Connects workshops in 2016 and became a facilitator for groups of individuals and companies. He is also president of the association Au Coeur de la Transition.
Finally, he co-directs Ressource Mindfulness alongside Jean-Philippe Jacques.
Maria ROMERO

After more than 20 years' experience with the ICRC, Maria turned to training and coaching people, both individually and in groups.
She has been practicing Mindfulness since 2009 and runs MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) and MBCL (Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living) programs.
Facilitator of Work That Connects workshops, Maria is also a counselling therapist and cocreator of the Ecole de l'Ecoute Réciproque.
Arnaud DURAND

With 10 years' experience in adult training, Arnaud has worked as part of a team with those who serve others in the fields of education, health, business and NGOs.
Vice-president of the Eurasia Association, Arnaud helps individuals and teams to develop their socio-emotional skills in the service of their life mission.
Arnaud is also active in conflict resolution and prevention through restorative interventions such as mediation and restorative circles.
Caromai BOUQUET
Speaker
For 18 years, Caromai learned the practices of mindfulness, meditation and Buddhist psychology at the international center Plum village, founded by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.
Within the framework of this center, she has given seminars and training courses in the fields of education, health, deep ecology, inclusion and for social workers, children, adolescents and young adults in Europe, Asia and the United States.
In September 2021, Caromai becomes a mindfulness trainer with the Eurasia Association, which works to develop socio-emotional skills in schools and businesses. She is also a graduate of a CAS in « Happiness in Organizations » at the Haute Ecole de Gestion de Genève.
Frédéric MONNERAT
Customer Relations
With a Master's degree in Economic and Social History, Frédéric has worked for over 20 years in communications, fundraising and marketing for well-known associations and NGOs (Caritas, Terre des Hommes, Colis du Coeur Fondation).
A practitioner of mindfulness meditation since 2012, and convinced of the benefits of this approach on both a personal and collective level, he joined our team in 2018.
Today, he actively contributes to the development of Diamant Formations' activities with companies, institutions and individuals. He also coordinates all Ressource Mindfulness
activities.
